Tres Primos Legacy Studios specializes in capturing, preserving, and producing legacy interviews and related content for personal, family, or historical purposes. Our Services include but are not limited to:

  • Audio and video editing

  • Content preservation and storage solutions

  • Delivery of digital and/or physical legacy recordings

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of a minor.

  • You will provide accurate and complete information when engaging with our Services.

  • You will not use our Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All fees for Services are clearly communicated before purchase.

  • Payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Due to the custom nature of our Services, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered only in cases of technical failure caused by us.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Tres Primos Legacy Studios retains all rights to its proprietary methods, branding, and creative content.

  • The final legacy interview content (audio, video, transcripts) belongs to the client, but we retain a limited license to use non-confidential portions for promotional or portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without prior written consent.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • We respect your privacy and will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Confidentiality agreements may be arranged upon request for sensitive content.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We strive to deliver high-quality Services, but we do not guarantee specific results.

  • Tres Primos Legacy Studios is not liable for lost, damaged, or corrupted recordings due to unforeseen technical issues.

  • In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid for the Service in question.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to our Services at our discretion if a user violates these Terms or engages in misconduct.
